Mystery Entry In Empire Days Parade

Unidentified Entry In Parade

While all entries in the Empire Days Parade had some form of identification such as a banner or sign, this particular entry remains a mystery.

The three characters were clothed in what appears to be Mexican garb complete with poncho and sombrero and I believe a pair of maracas. I did not hear any music, nor did I hear them say anything as they passed by me, but I guess they could be promoting a new Mexican food restaurant, if they were they really should have invested in some signs.
