Don't forget saying no the largest potential investment,$500M, before they even see a proposal, an economic impact study, or environmental assessment. That decision was not based on intelligent analysis, it was based on a loud voice of 200 people.

ReplyDeleteThat is NOT an investment...the city of Vancouver has to pay half a billion dollars for Wheelabrator to construct that massive pollution-generating incinerator...as for Nanaimo, we get the dioxins, lol!
