Single detached housing starts in Nanaimo increased in July from 9 in 2013 to 35 in 2014 while multi-family units increased from 3 in 2013 to 92 in 2014 resulting in a combined total of 127 units in 2014 as opposed to 12 units in 2013.
YTD Total Starts Up 81%
Year to date single detached increased from 117 in 2013 to 199 in 2014, multi-family increased from 100 in 2013 to 194 in 2014 for a combined total increase from 217 units in 2013 to 393 units in 2014.
