Pastafararian - Religious Headgear Battle


A Surrey fellow is doing battle with ICBC claiming it is his religious right to wear a colander on his head for his BC Drivers licence picture. Apparently he was successful in obtaining such a photo on his BC Services card last year, but has hit a snag for his drivers licence photo. While he claims a right to wear the headgear, ICBC points out their is no requirement not take the headgear off for the photo.
