ADJOURNMENT OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
BYLAWS
- Bylaw - 10 and 28 Front Street, if adopted will increase the maximum allowable density to a Floor Area Ratio of 12 and increase the maximum allowable height to 114.3 metres in order to facilitate a high-rise hotel development
- Bylaw - 1985 Island Diesel Way, if adopted will rezone subject property from High Tech Industrial to Mixed Use Corridor to facilitate construction of a mixed use development.

BYLAWS
- ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW to permit increased maximum allowable Floor Area Density and maximum allowable height to 114.3 metres to facilitate a high-rise hotel development at 10 and 28 Front Street. Pass third reading.
- ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW to permit a mixed use development at 1985 Island Diesel Way pass third reading.
