WINNING INCUMBENT ELECTION STRATEGY

Well, talk about a shake-up at city hall, out with the old and in with the new, at least five new that is after the Nov. 15 civic election which saw voter turnout of 34% compared with the abysmal 27% of the 2011 election.

We witnessed an interesting strategy by two of the incumbent members which got re-elected, and that strategy is to put on a cloak of invisibility and don't open your mouth unless you absolutely have to.

A couple of other incumbents who did not adopt this strategy, lost their seats and one nearly lost theirs as well.

As was predictable, the local presstitutes did their best to keep the fact an election was underway a big secret with their complete lack of reporting.

  1. What a great word.... "presstitute". I would add "repeater" instead of reporter.
