This Canadian Press article the Bank of Montreal's chief economist as saying that falling oil prices are expected to see Alberta's growth slashed in half this year.
Meanwhile he predicts that Ontario and British Columbia will be engaged in a 'race of the turtles' to see which province provides the fastest growth this year, expected to be in the 2.5% range.
