A CBC report claims there are more pot dispensaries in Vancouver than there are Tim Hortons even though the outlets are illegal. Unless they are selling to minors or create a nuisance the City Police have said they will ignore them.
A 60 second consultation with a nurse resulted in a CBC reporter getting a membership allowing him to buy marijuana as a way to relieve stress.
Someone in Parksville has opened a pot shop where I guess the operators are testing the waters to see if Parksville will be as lenient as Vancouver.
