Single detached housing starts in Nanaimo increased in Jan. from 18 in 2014 to 32 in 2015 while multi-family units increased from 9 in 2014 to 26 in 2015 resulting in a combined total of 58 units in 2015 as opposed to 27 units in 2014.
YTD Total Starts Up 114%
Year to date single detached increased from 18 in 2014 to 32 in 2015, multi-family increased from 9 in 2014 to 26 in 2015 for a combined total of 58 in 2015 from 27 units in 2014 representing a 114% increase .
