Single detached housing starts in Nanaimo increased in Apr. from 41 in 2014 to 44 in 2015 while multi-family units increased from 13 in 2014 to 133 in 2015 resulting in a combined total of 177 units in 2015 as opposed to 54 units in 2014.
YTD Total Starts Up 108%
Year to date single detached increased from 100 in 2014 to 138 in 2015, multi-family increased from 63 in 2014 to 201 in 2015 for a combined total of 339 in 2015 from 163 units in 2014 representing a 108% increase .
