Regulars to Nanaimo's great outdoors will recognize this inviting 'gate' beckoning you to continue on to see what is just around the corner. Nanaimo may not be the trade and commerce capital of the Island, but takes second place to none when it comes to our parks and trails within the city.
If Nanaimo does not dream big and aspire for the trade and commerce capital of Van Isle, then the mediocre and lazy minds will be more than okay for it to remain as the sick man of the island and the unemployment capital of Vancouver Island...LOL!
