All Citizens Would Receive A Basic Income

Huffpost reports that the government of Finland is in the process of drawing up plans which would see all citizens receive a guaranteed income of 800 Euro per month ($1,170.00 Cdn)

Details of the plan won't be revealed until Nov. 2016, and when implemented it would make this Nordic country the first in the world to adopt such a plan.
