Legalizing Marijuana In Canada - Not So Easy



Huffpost reports that the Prime Minister's promise to legalize marijuana is not going to go as smoothly as would be hoped by some local 'dispensaries'.

Apparently Canada has signed on to three different international conventions, all three of which requires the criminalization of the possession and production of cannabis.

A constitutional and international law expert says Canada will have a long, hard slog in the global arena before legalizing pot at home.

  2. The USA also signed the conventions. Seems it wirks for Washington,Colorado,etc. It will be done, those conventions were signed back in the 70's and 80's.
