RCMP Seek Public Help Identifying Male

Male exposes himself to female driver

The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a male who exposed himself to a female driver. The incident took place at approximately 3:30 pm on Wednesday April 27th, in the vicinity of Highland Blvd and Cosgrove Crescent.

The female who witnessed the incident told investigators she first saw the male when she pulled over to the side of the road to receive a phone call. While on the phone the suspect male walked up to her driver’s side door, unzipped his pants and exposed himself to her. The female immediately drove away but managed to come back and used her phone to take a picture of the suspect. 

The suspect male is believed to be either First Nations or of South Asian descent, 50-60 years old with extremely weathered skin. The suspect may have been intoxicated and was having some difficulty walking. He was last seen walking along Highland Blvd towards the Brooks Landing Mall.
