get Ms Samra back on the job
When is this council going to decide what to do with the findings of an independent consultant that found the city manager was enduring a toxic work environment? When is council also going to make public the facts that are contained in this report? Continuing to wait and punt this down the road is only resulting in more and more speculation in the public arena, and that is never a good thing,
So, Nanaimo City Council........ you have had this report for over a month now, and it is time you made a decision as to how to address the problems identified. A recent petition is now suggesting this is an issue of racism on the part of the mayor, and that is not the kind of publicity we need. Deal with it!
