Hell's Angels Win Long Court Battle

Civil Forfeiture Office
Can't Make Their Case

In 2007 the Hell's Angels clubhouse on Victoria Road in Nanaimo was seized under the civil forfeiture act claiming the clubhouse was used for criminal activity.

The forfeiture office was seeking to sell the clubhouse but have failed to convince the courts the clubhouse was used for criminal activity.

No disclosure has been made as to the cost to the provincial taxpayers in pursuing this long drawn out case.
