A Blog reader sent along the following comment about an experience he had when dealing with the City of Nanaimo and how pleased he was with the staff he dealt with. Kudos to the city employee and a thank you to the person taking the time to draw attention to their positive experience.
"I was in your Business Licence Dept earlier today. I don't know the ladies name
who looked after me but she wrote Sundries Receipt No 3685. Both this lady and
the one who initially greeted me are a credit to the Dept and great Ambassadors
for the City. Thank you for a job well done." Donald Cohn
