Level P-2 VICC Parkade
Free Parking Today Only
Due to the heavy snowfall which creates snow removal challenges for city crews, and parking challenges for those going downtown, the city is allowing free parking today only on Level P-2 of the Vancouver Island Conference Centre Parkade.
