NANAIMO BUSINESSMAN JOINS BC
LIBERAL TEAM
Walter Anderson, computer company president and past chair of the Greater
Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce, will be the candidate for Today’s BC Liberals in
the Nanaimo riding in the BC election on May 14.
““The choice is clear,” said Anderson,
founder and President of ITC Computers and a Nanaimo resident for more than 30
years. “It’s the choice of a strong economy under a Liberal government, with balanced
budgets, controlled spending, support for business and small business, and job
creation. Or it’s back to Square One with the NDP: tax, spend, run up deficits,
and then raise taxes some more.
“As they say, there is only one thing
worse than a really bad movie—and that’s being forced to watch the same really bad
movie for a second time.”
Anderson, 47, has more than 20 years experience in the computer and network
Industry, and is a leader in information systems technologies. ITC designs, builds and manages small, medium and
enterprise computer systems, 24x7.
Anderson has served as a community
volunteer on board of the United Way (Nanaimo) and the Vancouver Island
Symphony Orchestra. And he is a past president of the Nanaimo Oceanside Rotary
Club.
