Single detached housing starts in Nanaimo increased in April from 19 in 2013 to 41 in 2014 while multi-family units increased from 10 in 2013 to 13 in 2014 resulting in a combined total of 54 units in 2014 as opposed to 29 units in 2013.
YTD Total Starts Up 21%
Year to date single detached increased from 68 in 2013 to 100 in 2014, multi-family decreased from 67 in 2013 to 63 in 2014 for a combined total increase from 135 units in 2013 to 163 units in 2014.
