This weather is perfect, but remember your potted plants will need more attention with these long hot dry days, and even plants in the ground are likely starting to notice the dry spell.
Don't leave your pets in closed vehicles, make sure they have a good supply of fresh water and for heavens' sake be sure to exercise extreme caution with your BBQ and other forms of ignition as things are getting tinder dry.
Should be a great weekend to get down to Maffeo Sutton Park for all the Silly Boat Fun and perhaps spend some great R&R time at your favourite Nanaimo outdoor spot.
