Charges Dropped Against Jailed Pastor

Government Will Have To Provide Evidence To Support Violation Of Charter Freedoms

Statement by Justice Centre Lawyer

The condition that Pastor Coates effectively stop doing his job as a pastor by adhering to unscientific and unconstitutional public health restrictions should never have been imposed on him by the RCMP, or by the court.

We look forward to appearing in court in May and demanding the government provide evidence that public health restrictions that violate the freedoms of religion, peaceful assembly, expression and association are scientific and are justifiable in a free and democratic country.

Government Will Have To Prove Restrictions
are scientific and are justifiable.

A single charge was left standing as the Pastor and the Justice Centre want this matter heard in court. The reason for this was explained:

"The single charge remaining has not been withdrawn, as the Justice Centre and Pastor Coates want the matter heard at trial, to determine the constitutionality of the public health order that churches only hold worship services at 15 per cent capacity, and to compel the government to produce scientific evidence that might support these violations of Charter freedoms."

Comment: I suspect it is only a matter of time before Dr. Henry will also have to appear in court to produce the scientific evidence to support her violation of Charter freedoms.

Stage Set For Global Health Disaster

In an open letter to WHO and in a follow-up video interview, Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, says that by vaccinating everyone with a vaccine that doesn’t prevent transmission, we are destroying people’s immune systems, and setting the stage for a global health disaster.

Geert Vanden Bossche PhD, is an internationally recognised vaccine developer having worked as the head of the Vaccine Development Office at the German Centre for Infection Research.

This week’s VAERS data show:
  • Of the 1,524 deaths reported as of March 6, 30% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination, and 46% occurred in people who became ill within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

Vaccine Is Experimental - Raises Many Questions

This is the first time we have RNA vaccines
We don't know how our bodies repsond to them

Canada's Chief Science Advisor

That is a quote in a recent Global News report about the decision in BC to extend time between Covid vaccines. Originally the doses were going to be 28 days apart, then moved to 42 days and now 112 days.

This article raises some serious questions about the roll out of this experimental injection. Canada's Chief Science Advisor clearly says we have no idea how our bodies will respong to an RNA vaccine. In other words, this product that we are told has been tested clearly is still in the experimental stage, given we don't know how our bodies will respond to them.

Global News reports questions surrounding B.C.'s decision to extend the time between Covid 19 vaccines.

However, Dr. Mona Nemer, Canada’s Chief Science Advisor, said not all viruses act the same way and therefore, not all vaccines act the same way.

“I’ve said it before, this is the first time that we have RNA vaccines. We don’t know how our bodies respond to them. We don’t know how strong immunity is and how long it lasts.”

“So I think we need to maintain some humility in the face of this evolving science and to maintain public trust, that we be open and transparent about the data that is being used for decision-making,” Nemer added.
