Cruise Ship at Anchorin Nanaimo Harbour
Seeming dwarfed by the freighter tied up at the assembly wharf, the Cruise Ship Infinity made her stop in Nanaimo on Thursday May 1/08.
I apologize for not having posted an advance notice of this cruise ships stay, but it seems it has been a well kept secret. I can't recall reading anything about her arrival in the local press or on the other information sites in Nanaimo.
Even the Nanaimo Tourism site is mute on the cruise ship schedule. As a hosting city we could do a much better job.
Below is the schedule for the rest of the season, so if you are so inclined, get downtown and show our guests a warm Nanaimo welcome.
