Nanaimo unit house sales increased by 73% when compared with November 08 with 85 units sold compared with 49 last year.
Unit sales were down over the previous months with 143 units sold in Oct.
House prices in the Nanaimo market are off 6% when compared with same month last year and are up marginally from $358,974 in Oct. to $360,328 in Nov. The median house price in Nanaimo is $335,000.
