CoastSaver Fares Return For Spring Break

BC Ferries if offering the $39.95 CoastSaver fare on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from Mar. 22 to 31. The Spring Break special covers the fare for a passenger vehicle and driver for the three major routes connecting the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island mid-week during this time. Passenger fares are just $9.95 for the same period.
“The Spring Break CoastSaver Promotion is a perfect opportunity for families to get away for the school holiday at a great price,” said Janet Carson, BC Ferries’ VP Marketing and Travel Services. “For added value, book a March Break Getaway through BC Ferries Vacations and receive a free room upgrade with a minimum two-night stay when you travel on a CoastSaver day.” March Break Getaway properties include Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Resort, The Fairmont Empress and the Coast Plaza Hotel and Suites.
In addition, BC Ferries Vacations has some other fantastic packages like Whistler and Mount Washington ski weekends, or Victoria and Vancouver getaways including a visit to the Royal BC Museum and National Geographic IMAX Theatre or the Vancouver Aquarium.
A special deal now but an increase is coming. How can anyone with a rational brain not realize that BCFerries are grasping at straws to keep their 'satisfaction quota' so that David Hahn will get his bonuses? We will pay in the end for all of these little savings.
