Deanna ROOT Missing


The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in locating missing 17 year old girl Deanna Root from Nanaimo. Deanna was last seen at school on February 12, 2013 but did not return home that evening.

Deanna is 5‟7”, 100 lbs with blue eyes and short, choppy, light auburn hair. Deanna was last seen wearing jeans, a burgundy halter top, a black sweater coat with green, white and blue writing on it, a blue and grey „Columbia” jacket and white skater shoes.

“It is very unusual for Deanna to miss school and to not be in touch with her parents; they are very concerned.” said Constable Sherri Wade of the Nanaimo RCMP.
