i'm not really sure how to interpret this chart, residential total includes what, same with numer of unit, is that residentisal and single family or. regardless, the change between 2007 and 2012 definitely represent a drastic drop in construction and a doubling+ in cost
ReplyDeleteResidential includes single family and multiple dwellings. The $ difference between residential and total is commercial, industrial and institutional.
