Bestwick No Longer Clippers Coach / GM

Clippers Announce New Head Coach and GM

The local Daily reports that the Nanaimo Clippers position of Head Coach and General Manager will be filled by Mike Vandekamp who is coach of Junior A Grande Prairie Storm. The news came at a press conference this morning in Grande Prairie.

There had been local speculation about Bestwick's future with the team after the recent sale of his stake in the club. There has been no official comments from Bestwick on this latest event.
