HOW DO THEY DO THAT??

Seemingly suspended in mid air, a large hopper of ready mix cement is on it's way to the top floor of the new condo on Front Street. On the site of the old Malaspina Hotel, once 'going to be a convention center' site; the new waterfront condos are shaping up on the Front Street side. The water side units are well on their way to completion, an expected occupancy date is not known as of this post.
