HMCS Nanaimo Open To The Public

Her Majesty's Canadian Ships (HMSC) Nanaimo, Brandon, Edmonton and Whitehorse will be berthed at the new Nanaimo cruise ship terminal from July 22nd. They are in Nanaimo to take part in the annual World Championship Bathtub Race and Marine Festival.
HMCS Nanaimo and CFMETR both have entries in the bathtub race and personnel will appear with their bathtubs in the Sail Past on Wheels Fun Parade on Saturday.
The public can view the HMCS Nanaimo on Saturday from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the new Nanaimo Cruise Ship Terminal, which will also be hosting an open house for the public to see the new terminal and welcome centre.
