Nanaimo Snowfall Forecast

SNOW PREDICTED FOR NANAIMO TOMORROW

If the weatherman has it right, and he usually is right about the bad forecasts, we are in for some snow overnight and again tomorrow and possibly again on Saturday as shown on the above graphic on the Weather Network.

If all of the forecast precip of 5 cm were to fall as snow that would translate into about 2 inches if you are still on Imperial.

If you are running on bald tires, or don't know where your snow brush and ice scraper are it would be a good thing to take care of today. Also dig out the snow shovel and whatever you put on slippery stairs and walks.

If you have seen what hit Ottawa, we still have bragging rights for being the banana belt of Canada.

If the cold temperatures follow that are predicted, any snow that does fall will likely be here for a few days. Below freezing temperatures are forecast right through to next Saturday.

Long enough to deliver a white Christmas? Not likely, but you never know.

Oh yeah . . . . . do you know where your snow boots, mitts and toque are?? EH!
