CHEK TV Off The Air Aug. 31A bid by employees to keep CHEK TV alive has been rejected by Canwest Global. The station will operate until Monday night when it will go off the air.
The popular local station had received a lot of support from Vancouver Island residents who have made this station a part of their daily listening for years.
Another example of changing times in the business world.
