First Nation's Noel Brown Design
If you have admired the blue Killer Whale design banners that have brightened Nanaimo streets for the past two years, you will be pleased to know that now you may own one for yourself.
The design was made by First Nation's artist Noel Brown to celebrate the management agreement of Newcastle Island Provincial Park.
