Environment Canada Issued The Following Warning
At 6:42 AM PST Nov. 17, 2010
Southeast winds of 80 to 100 km/h will develop over north and West Vancouver Island and Central Coast - coastal sections this morning. Southeast winds of 60 to 80 km/h will develop over Sunshine Coast and East Vancouver Island early this morning. Northeast winds of 80 to 100 km/h will develop over the Queen Charlottes this morning. Northeasterly outflow winds of 80 to 100 km/h will develop overnight over mainland inlets and valleys of the North Coast - coastal sections this morning. This is a warning that potentially damaging winds are expected or occurring in these regions.
