It could be a messy week of weather, it looks like we may be in for rain or snow or slush....... take your pick. The good news is that the cold snap looks like it is going to break. Anyone in Winnipeg reading this, is probably rolling of the floor laughing! They would probably call our 'cold snap' a heat wave!
