At Maffeo Sutton Park there is of course the ever-present Playdok with swings etc. but there was also a large Fun Zone area with bouncy castles, slides etc. There were also these huge clear balls the kids could get inside of and then be rolled all over the grass. I was tempted to see if I could have a ride also, they looked like a lot of fun. However, I was unable to convince anyone I was there with my Mommy and she said it was OK.
Downtown Nanaimo and Maffeo Sutton Park were all abuzz with Free Family Fun Stuff during this years outstanding Marine Festival and GREAT International Bathtub Race.
Well done Nanaimo and well done all the organizers at the Nanaimo Bathtub Society who put in countless hours to make this non=commercial event another huge success.
