Calling all restaurants and Nanaimo Bar enthusiasts, as a way of keeping us in touch with our roots and building on Nanaimo’s delicious claim to fame, the Bathtub Days Street Fair is hosting a friendly competition.
On Saturday, July 27th, on the main stage in Diana Krall Plaza we will have our very first Bathtub Day’s Nanaimo Bar Competition. Your no holds barred creation will be judged on creativity, taste and presentation by our panel of experts. Not a restaurant? We have a novice category! In this category the judges will expand the criteria to anything that could represent a Nanaimo Bar, but tasty treats are always welcome! Have fun; win prizes and the title of Best Nanaimo Bar.
To register your entry, please fill out the Nanaimo Bar Contest Entry Form and return to the Downtown Nanaimo BIA office at A-10 Victoria Crescent or fax it to 250-754-8108 or email it to robyn@dnbia.ca.
