This article in the Huffington Post reports the BC Teacher's Federation will be heading to the Supreme Court of Canada to appeal the Province's highest courts ruling which went against them.
The court ruled that the government had not violated the teacher's charter rightss to bargain class size and composition, which reverses a lowe-court decision in favour of the union.
