While checking out the first Farmers' market of the season in Pioneer Plaza, this vessel caught my eye, tied up at the visitor's pier in the inner harbour.
Not a super mega-yacht but this 93 foot yacht certainly catches your eye. From some sparse info I was able to glean online I discovered she was made in 2006 by ABD Boats in Burnaby and is currently listed as a pleasure yacht sailing out of New Zealand.
A few other specs include a beam of 23.5 ft., top speed of 12 knots with a cruising speed of 10 knots and a draft of 6.6 ft./8 ft.
I suggested to me missus that we could likely live comfortably in such a floating home, of course filling up the 11,845 USG fuel tank would likely max out our credit cards.
Maybe she's in town to catch our long weekend celebrations, in which case they will have a front row seat for the fireworks on Saturday night.
