The Raiders were successful in their match with the Sun, defeating them 25 -16 in a game that was anything but a sure thing for the Raiders. At half time they trailed the Sun by 1 point and by 4 points at the end of the third quarter.
The win pits them against South Surrey Rams this weekend at Caledonia Park on Saturday for the Cullen Cup provincial junior football title.
