A Blanket Of White
Nanaimo residents were treated to a nice blanket of white Sunday morning which arrived overnight Saturday as temperatures dropped and our usual rain turned into snow.
The tree branches remained covered well into the morning as cool temperatures kept things from melting. Since it was a day off for many it did not create any havoc on the roads and kids got the rare opportunity to play in the snow without going up to Mount Washington.
