I was surprised to see a notice posted on the city website advising the Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for March 23 had been cancelled. Making this the third cancelled meeting so far this year I believe.
I was told by Legislative Services the meeting has been cancelled for lack of a quorum. Which means five city councillors would not be available that day to conduct city business.
