I sometimes wonder if in addition to engineers and massive research departments if the big oil companies also have a huge department that is devoted solely to coming up with creative reasons for jacking up their prices whenever they feel like it. With crude oil prices of today, we are probably still getting ripped at $1.00/litre. But, hey, what ya' gonna' do? Buy a horse?
