A Few Pretty Postcards

Leaving from Gold River where logs are still sorted and boomed
M.V. UCHUCK III ( 136 ft.) heading down Muchalat Inlet
Some of that Beautiful BC Scenery
Two Killer Whales and a calf put on a show
This scenery just never gets old

The shots above were taken aboard the M.V. UCHUCK III on a day trip in Nootka Sound. The vessel carries supplies to various enterprises in Nootka Sound including fishing lodges, logging camps and fish farms in addition to taking kayakers and hikers to places that are waaayyy off the grid.

The weather could not  have been nicer with blue skies, warm temperatures and not a cloud or rain drop in sight. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to spend a perfect day enjoying what makes Beautiful British Columbia --- Beautiful.
