Taxpayers Pick Up Millennium Tab

I believe this is the same 'Millennium' that the city of Nanaimo partnered with to build the hotel downtown next to the new Port of Nanaimo Centre. It is possibly the same principals that the city is presently suing for the return of $3 million which the city paid them during the construction of the new conference centre.
