Obviously the above photo accompanying the assessment information was taken during construction, this is the assessment that applies to the SARC building on Dunsmuir Street, behind City Hall.
This is the building that was built without going to public tender (something I am not sure was even legal) for at least $12.5 million for the building alone.
This is likely an honest assessment of what this building is actually worth, but since we never had a competing bid, we will never know.
