UPDATE: June 10
Pandora bracelets returned to owner
The two Pandora bracelets mailed to the Nanaimo RCMP have been returned to their lawful owner.

The owner of the bracelets saw a post on the Nanaimo RCMP Facebook account and on Friday June 10th, attended to the office to claim them. She told the investigator the bracelets had been stolen from her home in late 2015 and was able to produce a picture of both bracelets. The investigator was satisfied the picture matched the bracelets and happily turned them over to her.

The Nanaimo RCMP is in possession of two Pandora bracelets that were mailed to the detachment in an envelope with no forwarding address. One bracelet consists of a number of personalized beads while the one shown in the attached photo has five charms attached.

"It is quite odd the items would be mailed this way. Nevertheless, each charm tells a story and we are confident the owner would appreciate having them returned", said Constable Gary O'Brien of the Nanaimo RCMP.

If you have any information on who may own these Pandora bracelets, please contact the Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345.
