WHO HAVE RUN IN THIS ELECTION
Governing and being governed does not always bring out the best in any of us. Sometimes we seem to forget we are all in this business together and that we are not really enemies even if we don't always agree. At the end of the day we all just want what is best for the good of all. How we get there is where we have our differences.
Those who make the personal sacrifices to allow themselves to run for civic service deserve a heartfelt 'Thank You' from each and every one of us. So to everyone who has run in the current civic elections we all say Thank You and we hope you will continue to make our community a better place for all.
To the new Mayor and Council: you have your work cut out for you and we wish you all the best and say Thank You for giving of your time and talents to help to continue steering the City we all call home.
