In celebration
of the IRISH ROVERS' 50th Anniversary performance at the Port Theatre (and in
celebration of St. Patrick's Day) - a special outdoor event will be held at
Downtown Nanaimo's Diana Krall Plaza. THE IRISH ROVERS' STREET PARTY will be a
one-of-a-kind celebration featuring:
* a large outdoor beer garden hosted by Nanaimo's WOLF BREWING COMPANY and a selection of their prized craft beers
* entertainment from 5:45 - 7:15 with U4 (North America's premiere U2 cover band) playing 2 sets of all this Irish band's greatest hits
* a LIVE feed of the IRISH ROVERS sold out concert from
inside the Port Theatre to video screens set up outside and in the beer
garden
Come downtown on March 17th and rejoice in all things
Irish!
