The carved crab by the entry to the fishing pier in Maffeo Sutton Park proved so popular with park visitors (especially children) that the city purchased it from the artist so that it will remain a permanent fixture on the waterfront.
The only reason I got this picture without any children climbing all over it, is because there wasn't a child in sight at that moment in time.
